One of the biggest mistakes people make in trying to lose weight with the Law of Attraction is that they think they can hope, wish, and think their way to weight loss. It doesn’t work that way. You must give in order to receive. This is a universal law.

Giving to yourself and to others puts you into the flow of abundance. The Universe will reflect back to you what you're putting out there. What are you putting out to the Universe? What kind of results are you getting?

If you’re not putting in the effort, you won’t be getting much back. It’s that simple. Are you being consistent? Or are you hit and miss? Hit and miss will be reflected in your results. It’s that simple.

The Universe will reward your efforts. It wants to know you’re serious about what you want. Your actions speak volumes. Intention without action is worthless. You must align your daily actions with what you desire to create.

In terms of weight loss, this involves eating more mindfully (eating when hungry, stopping when full), choosing healthy nourishing foods, and moving your body. Your body needs these things in order to feel and be its best.

It also helps to start your day with a daily visualization, and work with affirmations that help start your day on a positive note.

This doesn’t have to take long. You can spend 5 minutes in the morning visualizing yourself making better food choices, exercising, and practicing any other healthy behaviors you want to do. This helps to imprint your subconscious. Then, you need to go make it real for that day.

You can also do the same thing at night. Spend 5 minutes running a mental movie of the behavior you’d like to practice for the next day. In the morning do it again. As you do this consistently, you will begin to see a shift in your behavior.
