The How You do Food is How You do Life Program is a 3 month, 6 session, every other week, coaching program, conducted through live telecalls, that will put you on the path to success.
The course teaches mindful eating as well as mindfulness meditation, stress management, developing self-compassion, and changing self-limiting thought patterns and beliefs.
It emphasizes self-love and acceptance as the foundation of change and the program teaches easy methods to practice this. It also teaches people how to manage emotions, break free of emotional eating, set realistic goals, and create self-care plans that are sustainable.
