With all the fear and uncertainty going on it's so wonderful to see so many people offering free resources to help cope with is crisis. The Awake Network has an amazing list of free resources and coping tools to help deal with the fear and anxiety.
I have a question for you. With all that's going on, what are you doing to bring yourself joy?
Cultivating joy each day is so important as it helps brighten your mood and brings hope. Doing something joyful, even it's only for 10 minutes a day makes a big difference in your outlook. The painting below is an example of what I'm doing to cope. I make art every day and this brings me so much joy. I hope that you can find something each day that engages and delights you, even if only for a short time.
