Everything in the Universe is made of energy and we are all subject to its laws. One of the
biggest reasons people can’t lose weight is that they get stuck in negative energy patterns which brings down their vibrational energy.
All energy has a vibration and the more we can stay in a high vibration the easier it is to lose weight. When
we’re stuck in a low vibrational state, it’s very easy to succumb to negativity, stress, self-doubt, self-criticism, and hopelessness which leads right to the refrigerator in order to numb it all out with food.
When our vibration is high we have much more energy to engage in good self-care and we have the motivation to do so.
In the dead of winter, I used to struggle with SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder. My mood and energy would dip, I felt sleepy, and I craved sweets. I’ve tried the natural sunlight lamps, but what I found worked best for me was dancing. In the winter, I dance in my living room for 30 minutes to an 1 hour a day and I take short dancing breaks throughout the day with my favorite music.
This keeps the endorphins flowing steadily in my brain. My mood stays positive and I no longer gain a few pounds around my middle in the winter.
