Many people have asked me to create a coaching group that would be a more affordable option to the individualized coaching that I currently offer.

I have listened to your feedback and since the New Year is rapidly approaching, I have decided to start my new weight loss and emotional eating coaching group, The Weight Loss Masters Club, on January 6, 2015.

Early January is when the motivation to make life changes is at an all-time high. If you have ever made weight loss resolutions and failed to keep them, or you just can’t seem to lick your emotional eating habit on your own, then this group is for you. You won’t have to make resolutions that you can’t keep, instead, you’ll learn strategies and tools that will set you up for success in 2015 and beyond.

Here's how The Weight Loss Masters Club (and coaching program) works: The Weight Loss Masters Club (Session 1) is a 6 week, step-by-step (lead-you-by-the-hand) coaching program that is guaranteed to get you on the path to success.  By the time you're done, you'll be feeling more confident about your ability to lose weight and keep it off (without dieting), feel more at peace and in control of your relationship with food and your life, know how to deal with obstacles and setbacks, feel nurtured instead of deprived, and be left feeling hungry for more. 

With that in mind there will be another 6 week session, (Session 2), held shortly afterwards so that you can integrate what you’ve learned, learn new material, and move deeper into the work.

To insure plenty of individualized attention, this group is limited to only 10 participants so please book your spot early as they will fill up quickly. As of this mailing, there are 7 spaces left.
