Lose Weight by Raising Your Vibration

Everything in the Universe is made of energy and we are all subject to its laws. One of the biggest reasons people can’t lose weight is that they get stuck in negative energy patterns which brings down their vibrational energy.

All energy has a vibration and the more we can stay in a high vibration the easier it is to lose weight. When we’re stuck in a low vibrational state, it’s very easy to succumb to negativity, stress, self-doubt, self-criticism, and hopelessness which leads right to the refrigerator in order to numb it all out with food.

When our vibration is high we have much more energy to engage in good self-care and we have the motivation to do so.

In the dead of winter, I used to struggle with SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder. My mood and energy would dip, I felt sleepy, and I craved sweets. I’ve tried the natural sunlight lamps, but what I found worked best for me was dancing. In the winter, I dance in my living room for 30 minutes to an 1 hour a day and I take short dancing breaks throughout the day with my favorite music.

This keeps the endorphins flowing steadily in my brain. My mood stays positive and I no longer gain a few pounds around my middle in the winter.




Here are some more ways to raise your vibration:
  1. When a low mood hits, repeat a mantra or affirmations. Mantras are a wonderful way to raise your vibration instantly. You can sample quite a few here.
  2. Shift into gratitude. Gratitude releases fear and resistance. You will feel your motivation and mood lift.
  3. Get out into nature. Going outside calms down the chatter in the brain. Take a few deep breaths out in nature and imagine that you’re releasing all your stress and negativity on your out breath.
  4. Stretch and move. Movement is what gets your life force moving. When we’re sedentary, our life force and vibration becomes stagnant. Moving gets the oxygen circulating and increases the oxygen flow to the brain. You instantly become more awake and energetic.
