In my program, I teach you how to eat mindfully and intuitively. I also teach you how to love and nurture your body. Your body possesses an instinctual wisdom. You were born knowing what you need to be healthy, happy, and whole. Dieting robs you of this connection with the body. When you and your body work together as a team, you become unstoppable!
These are just a few of the areas that we work on in my How You do Life is How You do Food Program that begins January 20th!

Read what Lisa P. has to say about working the program:
"My name is Lisa P. and I started working with Catherine in December of 2020. To be honest, I didn’t have a lot of hope of finding a way off the diet wheel, “the problem” as I defined it, but I thought I really didn’t have much to lose. So I decided to join the program.
I was tired of feeling crappy about myself all the time. The illusion, I guess, was that in the end, this really wasn’t a weight issue after all, per se; it was a whole lot more about my relationship with myself, which, at the time, wasn’t a healthy one – just like my relationship with food. Through the weekly exercises that Catherine leads, I got to see
how I was continuing to put myself last; how I cared way more about what other people thought of me than I did of myself. And as such, I would overeat and just in general, not take care of myself. This was neither a pretty revelation nor a very easy one to see. It took a lot of courage for me to really look in the mirror and admit that I had given away the keys to my own happiness.
But through our calls and my diligence in doing the work (via the exercises), I really got to the root of the problem. Once I accepted myself and truly began to LOVE myself (and feel loved by my God), things shifted for me. I began to not need others’ validation. I began to spend time discovering what I really enjoyed, rather than always turning to food. I
bought finer clothes that actually fit me, I tried new recipes that I actually enjoyed and I started dancing again! It was incredibly freeing. And I discovered, in the end, that happiness (which is really the pursuit) is not found on the scale, but in one’s heart.
I guess a little hope was all I really needed. I lost 15 lbs., which may not seem tremendous, but I feel a lot better physically and a whole lot better spiritually."
If you're ready for a change of heart, I'd love to have you join us!
With love,
Catherine
