"My name is Lisa P. and I started working with Catherine in December of 2020. To be honest, I didn’t have a lot of hope of finding a way off the diet wheel, “the problem” as I defined it, but I thought I really didn’t have much to lose. So I gave her a call.
I was tired of feeling crappy about myself all the time. The illusion, I guess, was that in the end, this really wasn’t a weight issue after all, per se; it was a whole lot more about my relationship with myself, which, at the time, wasn’t a healthy one – just like my relationship with food. I guess a little hope was all I really needed. I lost 15 lbs., which may not seem tremendous, but I feel a lot better physically and a whole lot better spiritually."
