Once people move beyond this way of thinking, they can begin to make real progress and move forward. Changing your way of thinking does take some time and effort but how long have you been stuck in the dieting cycle? How many more years do you want to devote to playing a losing

People are often shocked when they realize weight loss doesn't have to be drudgery and bland diet foods. You can still have your favorite foods in smaller amounts. I had one client who loved pizza. She made sure to have a couple of pieces of each week and that kept her happy. She was able to lose a substantial amount of weight over time because she never deprived herself.
The key word here is over time. You need to allow for your
changes to unfold gradually. If you're too focused on dropping weight fast, you're going to wind up putting it all back on fast too. You won't take the time to learn new ways.
Patience and taking a longer view are keys to long term success.
